My Chiropractic Style!

Having been adjusted in many styles for 20 years, I have refined my adjustments so they work with your body rather than overpower you.  An adjustment takes approximately 15 minutes allowing you time to integrate the adjustments. 

I am a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner and am well versed in several adjusting styles:  traditional diversified, drop table and have an advanced proficiency rating with Activator Methods, a 'non-cracking' technique. This allows us to find the most effective and comfortable style of adjusting for you. You can learn more information about Activator at www.activator.com. 

Ultimately, my goal is for you to feel re-set and refreshed at the end of your visit, so that your nervous system is re-connected.  This is the best place to start creating clear communication in your body and in your world!  Healing begins with a proper functioning nervous system.
