Pregnancy Care
Your pregnancy is the most amazing example of the body's innate wisdom; a sparkling demonstration of the saying "Nature needs no help; just no interference." Giving chiropractic care to
Moms-To-Be and infants is one of my greatest joys.

As the baby grows, your body goes through a series of structural changes.  (Click here to review the many changes!)One such change is the release of the hormone that relaxes ligaments.  It therefore also allows for more misalignments known as subluxations in your neck, back, knees and ankles, resulting in discomfort and nerve interference. While this and the many other design changes make "Little Sprout" more comfortable, your needs and comfort have now become low men on the totem pole...perhaps training for future years!  But I can help!

Relieving spasms, releasing joint restrictions and removing nervous system interference are beneficial to both you and Little Sprout.  The more efficient your nervous system operates, the better your body will provide for your baby.  And let's not forget, the better you can rest the more you can regenerate.  For your ultimate comfort, I have a table that allows you to lie on your stomach because it increasingly gives way as you grow!  (I jokingly get many rental requests just for the opportunity to lay there in later months.)  I use a no-twist, no-crack technique (link to Activator Methods) because of its ease on your ever-tightening body.  I can do traditional hand adjustments on your upper back and neck if desired.  The new strain on your muscles can also create spasm which I can relieve through trigger point therapy and massage.

Your pregnancy will be/ is be magical and joyous; chiropractic care brings ease to help keep it so!
